NeuroEffex' products are available only through select health care practitioners. Use the form below to locate a health care practitioner in the U.S. or Canada who offers NeuroEffex products. You may also call our Customer Service department at 1-800-344-9993.
Usually, you will be presented with a random list of practitioners in your area. If a practitioner is not available in your area, you can still purchase products, but you are not eligible for the discount. Because of the patient population that consumes our products, we believe that a health care provider should be involved. We will give you a discount that, over the course of the year on our continuity program, should offset the cost of seeing your health care provider. After your purchase, you will be given information that you should share with your physician that they can use to assess your health care needs.
